Andrea Wenger, RD – Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coach, Reiki Master Level Practitioner

Andrea is passionate about the connection between the Sacred and how we care for our bodies and the Earth. She assists clients in removing the mental, emotional and spiritual blocks that get in the way of truly nurturing themselves on all levels…and then supports them in choosing delicious whole foods and other lifestyle choices that support the vision they have for living a vibrant and passionate life. Through individual coaching, group programs or Reiki Healing Touch, she provides a warm and non-judgmental space for profound healing and positive life change.

Andrea has 13 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, and 8 as a Certified Diabetes Educator. She completed the Institute for Integrative Nutrition program, and also draws from her training as a Certified Solution Method Provider through the Institute for Health Solutions. Andrea completed her Master Level Reiki training (Usui) early in 2008 and is currently finishing her graduate degree in Applied Healing Arts at Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts.

Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coaching:

*Initial exploratory consultation (60 min): $40
(waived when client commits to a working relationship)

*Monthly packages (2 one-hour sessions per month with extensive materials): $100-250 range (contact me to learn more)

Reiki:

$70 for an hour
$95 for 90 min.
